A classic in the short drink category: bold, sophisticated, and with a characteristic bitter bite. Gin, sweet vermouth, and Campari come together to create an elegant balance of botanical and herbal notes with a long, bitter finish. The Negroni originated in Florence in 1919 when Count Camillo Negroni strengthened his favorite Americano by replacing the soda with gin and adding an orange slice — a small change with a great effect.
