Reflection Period/Returns
It's possible you might want to return an order to us. Perhaps because the product isn't quite what you expected, or perhaps there's another reason. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without stating a reason. This does not apply to our Cocktails, Mocktails, and Shots, as these products are made fresh to order and therefore cannot be returned. Therefore, the right of withdrawal does not apply. The sale is final after successful payment.
After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the purchased product. You will then receive a refund of the full order amount, including the shipping costs paid. Only the costs of returning the product to our online store are at your own expense. These costs are approximately €6.95 per package; consult the PostNL website for the exact rates.
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us with all accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, you can contact us at info@cocktailsbynina.com. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of registering your return, provided the product has been returned to us in good condition.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to try it out, we may charge you for the reduction in value of the product. Therefore, please handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returning it.
