These delivery terms are applicable on all offers, orders and agreements of Cocktails by Nina. Deviations on these terms are only valid if these are agreed in writing.

Cocktails by Nina will not sell alcoholic products to costumer under the age of 18.

These delivery terms are accessible for everyone and is visible on the website of Cocktails by Nina. Users are expected to acknowledge these terms and to accept these, unless agreed on differently.

We take very serious precaution to validate the reliability of our products and to make sure that all the products listed on the site are up to date. Despite our efforts, inaccuracies may occur. We are therefore not responsible for any damages as a result of inaccuracies, technical malfunctions, issues caused by, or inherent to spreading information through our site, nor our products and services. This foreclosure of liability also applies to affiliated companies and the suppliers of Cocktails by Nina.

All offers on Cocktails by Nina are non-committal. Cocktails by Nina retains the right to withdraw offers and the offers apply as long as the stock lasts. All offers apply based on the availability. Modifications on the price are reserved at all times.

Incase you are unsatisfied with a product, you can return the box or bottles to Cocktails by Nina, if they are still in their original conditions. You will receive a full refund on the products. You must ensure that the products are returned in good conditions. Any expenses regarding the return, are expected to be paid by the customer. The product(s) have to be returned within 9 days after receiving the product(s).

The prices of our products are indicated in euros and are clearly visible on our website. The prices include the Dutch excise and taxes, but exclude delivery costs and any extra packing costs. Cocktails by Nina will prepare your order as soon as the payment is received, if all the products are in stock or if agreed on differently.

All invoices will be paid by the costumer through the selected payment method. After placing the order via the website, the costumer will receive an order confirmation on the stated email-address. In case the invoice is not paid on time, Cocktails by Nina has the right to cancel the order or charge the costumer weekly with the legal interest of the invoice.

For the time being, deliveries are only possible within the Netherlands and Belgium, unless agreed on differently with Cocktails by Nina.

Orders placed before 3 pm will be sent the same day if they are in stock. If not, they will be sent the next working day or as soon as the products are in stock again or if a payment is received. If the products can not be delivered within 1 working day, the servicedesk of Cocktails by Nina will contact the costumer.

If the delivery term, for any reason, is overstepped by Cocktails by Nina, Cocktails by Nina will notify the costumer through email or by phone. In that case, the costumer has the competence to disband the agreement with Cocktails by Nina.

If there is an impossibility to deliver, for whatever reason, the payment of the order will be refunded as soon as possible. If not, it will be refunded within 14 working day, after Cocktails by Nina has received the request to disband the agreement.

All affairs delivered to the costumer will remain property of Cocktails by Nina until every payment is completed. All affairs given on loan are expected to be treated with respect and to be returned to Cocktails by Nina. In case of damage or destruction, we are deemed to claim the value of the borrowed product.
